What a wonderful little hole in the wall. Service was great food was awesome. Absolutely nothing fancy about this place. And I loved it for it! Just like the kind of place are used to go with my family as a kid. It is so hard to find. I wish I lived in Simi Valley just for this. Also bring cash. They do not take credit cards.

You will not be impressed with the location or the outside. Repair shops are their neighbors and parking is limited, although there is a dirt lot out back. However, I can see why the locals rave about this place. Our first time here, and once inside, we were warmly greeted, quickly seated and efficiently served quickly. The prices were moderate, the food good and the portions generous. The service was excellent, the owner came by and talked with us for a couple of minutes.

Awesome spot. It doesn't get more quaint and small town feeling than this. Exceptionally friendly staff. The food didn't blow my mind, but c'mon, it's a diner. It's the atmosphere! Also within walking distance of the train station if you arrive before the sun is up.

The food was great! The bisques and gravy yummy af. The places is hammered beyond rustic. It needs more than maintenance it needs a remodle. If I were a germaphobe I would have ran screaming. Awesome breakfast just make sure your tetanus shots are up to date, the place is falling down.
